Brief Role : Senior Manager - HR Exp. Req. 13 - 18 yrs;

In conjunction with other members of the HR team, take responsibility role in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and projects.

*Statutory compliance roles and responsibilities, should be aware of statuary norms, policies.

Implement HR strategy and deliver customer service within the organization. The responsibilities will include inter alia strategic partnership and organization design, recruitment and selection, employment equity, salary and perks management, employee relations, talent retention, performance management, change management, diversity management, skills development, policies and procedures.

*Carry out their duties and responsibilities in compliance with the Health and Safety Policies and Statutory Regulations.

Identify, design and implement general HR strategies and solutions to achieve agreed outcomes relating to organizational design, organizational change, performance management,



workforce and strategic planning and other generalist HR activities inclusive of effective negotiation and consultation with staff.

Take ownership of the HR results and outcomes.

Provide high level, timely and qualified advice in interpreting and implementing human resource policy including: change management; HR planning; industrial relations; retention, performance management; workplace health; and organization development and change.

Deliver a high level of proactive and reactive support, management and advice to managers and staff in employee relations, encompassing, equal employment prospect/ diversity case management.

*Contribute as a HR team member to develop and/ or enhance policies, procedures and systems to support HR best practice.Salary: Not Disclosed by Recruiter
