Key Responsibilities
Machine Setup
Prepare CNC machines with tools, fixtures, and raw materials.
Load and verify CNC programs, calibrate machines.
Programming & Operation
Input/adjust CNC programs (G-code) for milling, drilling, cutting, grinding.
Operate machines to produce parts per technical drawings.
Quality Control
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish requirements.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.




Identify and resolve machine/program errors.
Safety & Compliance
Follow workplace safety protocols.
Maintain clean, organized workstations.

Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills: CNC programming (G-code), machining processes, CAD/CAM software.
Attention to Detail: Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Problem-Solving: Quick troubleshooting of machine/process issues.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable working with heavy machinery, long standing hours.
Education: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, CNC/VMC operations, or equivalent.
Experience: 13 years in CNC machining (aerospace/automotive preferred).
