Brief Role :

Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to accomplish companys business targets.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Coordinating with vendors.

Perks administration

Responsible for employment contract management (releases, renewals and closures)

Compliances and Regulatory concerns

Exposure in ISO Standards

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

Execute and monitor grievance and disciplinary policies & procedures to ensure fairness and consistency





Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer - employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.

Conducts periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement.

Salary:INR 10,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.
