Brief Role : Payroll Executive / Executive Payroll / HR Executive / HR Officer

End to End Payroll processing

Process Weekly/ Monthly payrolls for approximately 2500 employees using ResourceLink payroll system, which includes current hires, terminations, employee verifications and Attachment Of Earnings.

Calculation of the salaries sickness, average holidays, parental leaves, fixed and temporary uploads, deduction of the tax and National Insurance

Respond to requests, queries and complaints from onshore and from client in a friendly and effective manner.

Final settlement for leavers.

Processing BACS and reconciling the third party payments.



And finally reconcile the whole payrolls processed

Process HMRC forms, tax forms and third party payments as well.

All employee data changes

Generate manual checks as needed.

Perform various tasks assigned including sending reports to onshore.*Note- Male Preferred
