Role Description The Front Desk Attendant role is a full time, in office position based at our property in Phaltan. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, handling reservations, maintaining guest records, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

and upholds Pride Hotels Group’s standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Candidates should possess solid phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills to manage calls, reservations, and guest queries.
Candidates should possess clerical skills to handle documentation, record-keeping, and basic administrative tasks.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management or reservation systems are beneficial.
Prior experience in front office, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
Ability to work in shifts, remain calm under pressure, and maintain a skilled appearance and demeanor.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is an advantage.
