Explain product features, pricing, policies, and procedures.
Respond to incoming calls and make follow-up calls when required.
Update customer details, complaints, feedback, and interactions in the CRM system.
Provide polite, helpful, and timely support to build positive customer relationships.
Forward unresolved complaints to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
