Role - General Manager

Location: Lilongwe, Malawi

Reporting To: Directors

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage factory support functions including accounts, administration, and commercial operations.
Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
Supervise day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth internal operations.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for commercial matters.
Monitor budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
Support strategic decision-making and provide regular updates to the Directors.

Requirements:
