Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage security guards and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles, following the company’s security protocols.
Conduct regular security rounds and ensure compliance with safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
Supervise housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of office premises, washrooms, workstations, meeting rooms, cafeterias, and common areas.
Possess good knowledge of skilled cleaning procedures, cleaning chemicals, and safe handling practices.
Have practical knowledge of cleaning machinery and equipment, including single-disc machines, scrubber-dryers, vacuum cleaners, and other industrial cleaning equipment.
Ensure proper operation, routine maintenance, and safe storage of cleaning machines and equipment.
Allocate duties, monitor staff attendance, manage shift handovers, and ensure adequate manpower deployment.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
Coordinate with the client’s facility management team and promptly report incidents, maintenance issues, and operational concerns.




Train staff on cleaning methods, equipment usage, safety standards, and workplace discipline.
Prepare daily reports, maintain attendance records, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Eligibility & Requirements
Previous experience as a Security Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, or Facility Supervisor is preferred.
Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and cleaning machinery is essential.
Ability to lead a team, manage shifts, and handle day-to-day operational challenges.
Good communication skills, discipline, and a professional attitude.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required.
Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills will be an added advantage.
