Destination Air and/or Ocean Pricing for Export shipments to the US, Canada, Australia, Gulf
Floating customer enquiries to overseas partner carriers, forwarders, agents
He / She should be well-versed with historical and current pricing trends
Negotiating skills for better pricing from Overseas agents/vendors for clearance, trucking, warehousing and allied services
Contacting transport / rail / customs brokers etc. for ancillary services
Maintain pricing database and manage populate monthly PL
Ensure complete coordination with operations / customers / finance team through effective SOPs
Liaise internally and externally and build robust skilled working relationships with respect to stakeholders and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely response to customers (Internal/External) requirements
Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis to identify sales prospects
