Roles and Responsibility

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
Provide technical assistance and training to employees on recent technologies and systems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and antivirus scans.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
Develop and implement procedures for improving system efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements
