Experience in end-to-end recruiting cycle like evaluation, screening, negotiating, scheduling interviews, and closing the contract.

Understanding client requirements and meeting their requirements with positive turnaround time.

Possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Possess excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet).





Managing Small-Medium sized deals across all the verticals like - Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services and Telecommunication IT, Banking, Pharmacy, Telecom, Networking, Manufacturing/Food clients etc

Flexibility to work independently and self-motivation for achieving success as a Team. Solid Personal Computer skills and Proficient in Microsoft suite.

Establish and maintain a good relationship with the clients/stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal skills with solid expertise in Sourcing, Interviewing and negotiation.

Committed, result oriented, hard working with a quest and zeal to work with new Technologies and undertake challenging tasks.
