Brief Role : Branch Manager

This role is for the Agency Channel / Tied Agency

As a Branch Manager, the key responsibilities would be:
Meet or exceed all business targets (Sales, manpower & productivity) with a team of 10 - 12 manager of Agency 's.
Maximize sales & drive business growth by delivering initiatives & promotion programs & providing targeted support to the team.
Ensure transparent targets & effective performance management process by providing advice, consultancy & support to the team; coaching & mentoring for agency leader development; effectively manging & monitoring poor sales performance & non compliance & taking disciplinary action when necessary.




Branch profitability : Achieve revenue targets of own channel. Manage cost controls against bugdet of controllable cost items.
Career Progressions & development of LA / Agency Managers.
Focussing on productivity of key advisors.
