As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in helping the firm attract the best talent. Broadly, your role encompasses Plan and implement firm talent acquisition strategy

Assist firm for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing

Perform analysis of firm development and anticipate future employment needs

Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions

Devise and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening,

screening calls, interviews etc.)

Reviews employment applications and background check reports

Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events

Represent firm internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities

Counsel the candidate on corporate perks, salary, and corporate environment





Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities

Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for recent employees

Conduct the Induction and on-boarding process for the recent employees

Generate monthly updates for firm s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives and metrics

Develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges

Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction,

assessment and sourcing methodologies

Required Skills/Abilities

Previous working experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist for more than 5 years

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods

Impactful presentation style

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
