Role Summary: Responsible for recruiting frontline/face-to-face fundraising staff for assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and cold calling.
Post jobs on job boards and other sourcing channels.
Build candidate pipelines and maintain candidate relationships.
Screen CVs and walk-in candidates.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.
Track and report recruitment status and candidate data.
Review CV quality and improve sourcing effectiveness.
Requirements:
Experience recruiting frontline sales/telecalling staff.
Hands-on experience with selection processes.
Familiarity with recruitment software and job portals.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable Excel skills for recruitment reports.
Robust planning, analytical, creative sourcing, and problem-solving skills.
