Front of House Server

JOB TITLE: Front of House Server (F&B; Associate – Waiter / Waitress)

DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage Service

SALARY: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused F&B; Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist guests with seating and table arrangements.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
Provide prompt and courteous service to guests.
Handle guest requests, queries, and concerns professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
Coordinate with kitchen, service staff, and management for smooth operations.
Assist with reservations and guest inquiries when required.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations as required.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Support the team during busy service periods.

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, welcoming, and skilled personality.




Customer-service-oriented approach.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
Previous experience in F&B; / restaurant / hotel operations will be an advantage.
Versatile to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.
