Monthly closure of books of accounts
Preparing balancesheet and P&L; schedules and working

Ledger and GL scruitiny
Monthly financial preparation.
Preparation of budgets/ projections.
Monthly variance analysis between projects and actuals.
Provision of expenses on monthly basis.
Maintaining fixed asset register, depreciation working, etc.
Projected and actual cash flow statement preparation
Handling statutory audit, internal audit and compliance audits
Ind-AS knowledge is must
Working knowledge of AP, AR, Treasury
Handled and leaded automation of recurring processes.




Excellent knowledge of direct taxation
Weekly checking of purchase register on applicability of TDS on various expenses
Weekly reconciliation between total expenses as per purchase register v/s TDS base liability.
Monthly TDS liability working.
Quarterly TDS returns
Challan payment and their record keeping on utilisation and untilised portion.
Reconciliation of TDS receivable and 26AS.
Coordination with clients for TDS receivable mis-match
Handling income tax notices, assessments and inquiries
Maintain tax calendar for compliance purpose.
Coordination with tax consultant.
Income tax department handling
Prepare income tax audit schedules, 3CD working and other audit requirements.
