Experience: 6 - 12+ years

Qualification: Diploma (Ceramic Engineering)

Role Purpose

Oversee furnace and batch house operations to deliver cost-efficient, safe, and high-quality production. Ensure maximum furnace life and support organizational production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence
Manage furnace and batch house processes to meet production goals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, PMS, etc.) in line with company standards.
Ensure accurate data capture and reporting through SAP modules (MM, PP, PM).

Quality & Compliance
Partner with Quality Assurance to minimize losses and resolve issues.
Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and quality norms through training and awareness.
Support corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints and compliance concerns.

Cost Management
Achieve savings by reducing rejects, wastage,



and energy costs.
Work cross-functionally to optimize operational expenses.

People Development
Set explicit goals, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members.
Create growth prospects and prepare subordinates for higher-level responsibilities.
Collaborate with Training to build team capabilities aligned with organizational needs.

Core Competencies
Expertise in Raw Material Processing Solid understanding of preparation, blending, and utilization of raw inputs for production.
Furnace Operation Management Skilled in monitoring, controlling, and optimizing furnace performance to ensure efficiency and longevity.
