Posting the job requirements on different portals.

Site Visit and meeting with client.





Briefing to Operator grade employees.

Effectively using Personal Network Built up Database, Internet and Employee Referrals for prospective hiring.

Interacting with departmental heads to understand their requirements.

Excellent communication skills.
