Position Title: General Manager Milling Plant

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the milling plant to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.

Utilize extensive milling experience to troubleshoot and optimize milling processes, machinery, and workflows.

Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff, including millers, technicians, and administrative personnel.

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals, including cost control, efficiency improvements, and quality assurance.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting related to plant operations.





Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.

Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain and customer satisfaction.

Analyze production data and generate performance reports for senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Hands-on experience as a miller, demonstrating robust technical knowledge of milling operations and equipment.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
