Role Description The Electrician at ServoraCare will perform in office electrical work for residential customers in Morena, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and fixtures. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing electrical issues, conducting safety inspections, replacing or upgrading wiring and components, and ensuring all work complies with relevant safety standards and local regulations. The role involves collaborating with the operations team for job scheduling, updating service records in the platform, and communicating clearly with customers about issues, solutions,



and preventive measures.

This is a full time on-site role that requires consistent fieldwork, adherence to safety protocols, and high-quality service delivery to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid foundational knowledge in Electricity and Electrical Engineering to understand and apply electrical principles safely and effectively.
Candidates should possess hands-on skills in Electrical Work and Maintenance & Repair for residential electrical systems, fixtures, and appliances.
Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting abilities to identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
Relevant certification or license as an Electrician, in accordance with local regulations.
Proven experience in residential electrical services or similar field-based roles.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and adherence to industry standards.
Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Willingness to work on-site in Gwalior and travel locally for service appointments.
