Head – Freight Forwarding & Logistics

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience: 10–15 Years Experience in Logistics or shipping.

Responsibilities
Drive business development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Build strategic relationships with shipping lines and logistics partners.
Recruit, lead, and manage operations and commercial teams.
Manage pricing, operational costs, working capital, and profitability .
.Monitor business performance and report progress to management .

Requirements
10–15 years of experience in international freight forwarding and logistics.
Proven experience in business development and business unit expansion.
Solid knowledge of import/export operations, pricing, and logistics networks.
Established relationships with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and logistics partners.
Robust leadership, negotiation, and financial management skills.
