Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws,

Ideal Profile
3 6 years of solid HR experience from a Tier-1 institution (IIM, XLRI, TISS, MDI, etc.)
Exposure to HR operations in plants/factories/large operational units , ideally in 24x7 environments.
Demonstrated team handling experience with the ability to lead and influence on-ground HR teams.
Strong grounding in employee relations and the ability to manage ground-level workforce dynamics effectively.
Experience in hospitals/healthcare is a plus, not mandatory .
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, service-driven workplace with a significant contractual workforce.
