Business Partnering Act as the primary point of contact for business leaders and teams on all HR-related matters.

Understand business goals and challenges to co-develop workforce strategies that support scalability and performance.

Provide proactive support in organization design, restructuring, and talent planning.

Talent Acquisition Onboarding

Collaborate with the central talent acquisition team to fulfil hiring mandates across verticals.

Participate in interviewing and selection of key talent.

Oversee seamless onboarding, induction, and integration of recent hires into the business.

Performance Capability Management

Support performance review cycles, OKR setting, and feedback mechanisms.

Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and create development plans.

Facilitate coaching, LD programs, and succession planning frameworks.

Employee Experience Culture Building





Drive employee engagement through structured communication, recognition, and feedback mechanisms.

Proactively address employee concerns and conduct regular check-ins to monitor team health.

Promote an inclusive, ethical, and performance-driven workplace.

HR Operations Compliance

Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.

Coordinate with the HR operations team on documentation, policy implementation, and process governance.

Leverage data and analytics for workforce insights and reporting.

What are we looking for

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in an HRBP or business-facing role.

Prior experience in consulting, BFSI, or high-growth startup settings preferred.
