Handle inbound and outbound international B2B calls professionally. Understand and respond to client queries, business requirements, and service-related requests. Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with international clients.
Provide timely and effective solutions to client concerns and inquiries. Maintain accurate records of client conversations, follow-ups, and interactions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of client requirements.
Follow up with clients and ensure timely communication. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
