We are currently looking for a Backend Developer with robust hands-on experience in Golang, REST APIs, Kafka, and Microservices.

Role: Backend Developer (Golang)

Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.
Design and develop secure, reliable REST APIs.
Build and maintain microservices and distributed backend systems.
Work with Kafka for event-driven and asynchronous communication.
Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and optimize queries and database performance.
Implement proper API middleware, authentication, authorization, logging, and error handling.
Work with Go concurrency, goroutines, and performance optimization.
Write unit and integration tests and ensure reliable production deployments.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve backend services in production.
Collaborate with frontend developers and other engineering teams.




Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

Key Skills Required:
Solid hands-on experience with Golang
Experience building REST APIs
Valuable experience with Kafka
Experience with Microservices / Distributed Systems
Experience with PostgreSQL / SQL
Knowledge of Go frameworks such as Gin, Echo, Chi, or Fiber
Understanding of Go concurrency and goroutines
API performance, scalability, and error handling
Unit and integration testing
Logging, monitoring, and production troubleshooting
Good communication and problem-solving skills

We are looking for a hands-on backend engineer who can independently develop, debug, optimize, and maintain production backend services.
