Job highlights
Gathering of proofs for dispute invoices & to evaluate the same. To ensure maximum number of booking through INTTRA. To enhance the usage of SPOT booking to control costs.
Work out best rates from time to time
To maintain and manage harmonious relationship with the vendors (SL, FF,
Transporter).
Participate regular discussions / meetings with coordinators; follow up with suppliers for Loading.
To ensure exceptional costs are kept under control, escalate to the concern authority for resolution

To enhance the usage of SPOT booking to control costs.
Maintain D&D; containers Tracker - long standing container
To create MIS of-
a. monthly volume in respect to folders & containers done.
b. incident log sheet as per format c. current initiatives taken
