Google Ads & Paid Media Specialist (In-House or Remote)

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Google Ads Expert to manage and scale multiple client ad accounts. This position is open on both an in-house and remote basis. If you are a proactive problem-solver who thrives independently with minimal supervision, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end account setup and ongoing optimization of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) platforms.
Build and manage Search, Shopping (including Google Merchant Center setup), Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
Conduct thorough account audits and formulate data-driven strategies to maximize ROI.
Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4).




Collaborate with international clients, understanding their business goals and delivering high-impact results.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing Google Ads and multi-channel PPC campaigns for international clients.
Solid analytical mindset with a track record of improving campaign ROI.
Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) with top-tier client communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of client accounts from day one.
