Brief Role :

Identify and asses the training needs to the employees in consultation with department heads

Design annual training calendar.

Co- ordinating with internal departments/ external training sources for co- ordinating training efforts.

Evaluation of training effectiveness and gap analysis.

Maintaining training records and preparation of MIS reports.

Responsible for policy administration

Ensure timely settlements to the employees.

MIS reports on progress of claims.
