Role: Methods Engineer

Experience: 3 years

Preferred Industry: Aerospace, precision engineering, or advanced manufacturing.

Roles & Responsibility:
Develop and improve manufacturing processes for aerospace or precision-engineered components.
Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements for process planning.
Prepare process documentation, BOMs, routings, and work instructions.
Use CAD tools such as CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
Develop PFMEA, Control Plans, and other quality documentation.
Coordinate tooling, fixtures, trials, and recent product development activities.
Drive cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and root cause analysis.
Ensure compliance with quality standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001.
Support audits, First Article Inspection (FAI), and corrective actions
