Role Description This is a full time, on-site Inside Sales Associate role based in Nagpur.

The Inside Sales

Associate will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and present Hoora’s services and products clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, following up on app and web-based inquiries, and converting prospects into paying customers. The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels,



and supporting renewals and upsell opportunities across Hoora’s offerings.

The Inside Sales

Associate will work closely with operations and partner teams to ensure accurate information sharing, timely issue resolution, and a smooth customer experience, while meeting individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
Ability to perform Inside Sales activities, including handling inbound/outbound calls and converting qualified leads.
Skills in Lead Generation and Account Management to build and nurture a strong customer pipeline.
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to address concerns and build trust.
Transparent and confident verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages.
Comfort using CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and mobile/web applications.
Proactive, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support, preferably in services or consumer products.
Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or graduate degree; business or commerce background is an advantage.
