About the Role The Hub Manager owns the end-to-end operations of hub . You will be the single point of accountability for your hub’s P&L;, team health, and customer promise. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role at the heart of our quick-commerce engine. What You’ll Own • Hub Operations &
Fulfillment • Run daily store operations across inbound, storage, professionals, rider management.
Maintain order fill rates and completion within SLA windows.
People &
Performance • Lead, schedule, and foster a team of professionals, riders, and store associates.
Own attendance, roster planning, and surge staffing in coordination with HR.
Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and on-the-floor coaching sessions.
Build a culture of accountability, speed, and continuous improvement.
Inventory &
P&L; • Manage hub-level inventory health: stock accuracy, wastage %, and dead-stock clearance.
Safety &
Compliance • Ensure full compliance with safetyand protocols.
Maintain a secure work setting.
