Identify and assess problem areas for the area of responsibility.

Program manage and Drive continuous improvement and process adherence for the dark stores.
Process mapping and excellence: Help build an operational backbone by developing structured standard operating procedures.
Build and populate key management dashboards to enable data-driven decision making using business intelligence tools.
