We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter with a robust background in hiring across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US blue-collar positions.
Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and other channels.
Stay updated on US labor market trends, hiring practices, and recruitment strategies.
Manage ATS, recruitment reports, and candidate records.
Coordinate offers, onboarding, and follow-ups.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of end-to-end US recruitment experience, with experience hiring blue-collar or white-collar talent
Positive understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.
Knowledge of US job markets, recruitment processes, and compliance standards.
Robust sourcing, screening, interviewing and communication skills.
Experience with ATS and major US job portals.
