Perform Microbial Limit Test and BET of samples and record the result.
Check the efficiency of disinfectant used.
Record day to day departmental activities and reporting to senior person or HOD.
Prepare the water sampling schedule. Perform water sampling, water testing and record the result.
Perform the validation for MLT test.
Prepare Setting monitoring, swab sampling and personal monitoring schedule. Perform the Workplace monitoring, swab sampling and testing, personal monitoring, nitrogen gas sampling and testing, compressed air testing, GPT test and maintain the record.




Record the temperature records of incubators and Hot Air Oven and take prints of the incubator through the software.
Perform calibration and validation of equipment, maintain the record and review.
Maintain all records related to media and standard culture of microorganism.
Maintain the housekeeping & follow GLP.
Prepare SOP, STP and Protocol and revise in accordance to current guidelines.
Review daily microbiology activities in formats, Registers and instruments logbook, Test results in absence of Amisha Tailor.
Handling of Software like LIMS, DMS and Nichelon.
