We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist for an upcoming logistics company. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for logistics, transportation, fleet management, and other non-IT operational roles across Gurugram and Chennai.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfil manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Requirements




Minimum 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.
Non-IT recruitment experience is mandatory; logistics industry experience preferred.
Candidates from HR consultancies and recruitment agencies are welcome.
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi; Tamil is an added advantage.
Solid sourcing, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Immediate joiners preferred; candidates should have a consistent career history.

Work Details
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Saturday: One Saturday WFH per month
Timings: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Work Mode: Work from office

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
