Roles and Responsibility
Conduct microbial testing and analysis of food products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent contamination and ensure product safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate records of test results and quality control activities.
Ensure compliance with Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
Stay updated with industry developments and advancements in microbiology and quality control.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related field.




Minimum 2 years of experience in microbiology, preferably in a quality control setting.
Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques, including plate counting, bacterial endotoxin test, and media fill studies.
Experience with quality control software and systems, such as HACCP and GMP management systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced setting and meet deadlines.
