About The Role:

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Microbiologist for a reputed food manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for microbiological testing, laboratory analysis, plant hygiene monitoring, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Microbiological testing of raw materials, water, and finished products.
Laboratory analysis and report preparation.
Monitoring plant hygiene and sanitation standards.
Ensuring compliance with FSSAI, GMP, GHP, and HACCP requirements.
Maintaining laboratory equipment and records.

Skills Required:
Knowledge of microbiological testing techniques.
Positive analytical and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
