Handling the full and final settlement of the employees

Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.

Follow up with the candidates till on-boarding

Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting





Induction :Take the recent employees through the presentations and also co-ordinating with other functions to have their presentations conducted.

The successful candidate will have relevant HR experience, preferably as a HR Generalist.

Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have

Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue

Probation : Complete the probation cycle of the employee and issuing the letters as applicable.
