We are looking for a skilled Lab Technician to join our team at Biocon Limited, responsible for working with Pharma, Biologics, and Medical devices in the Scale-up/Kilo Lab. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in laboratory operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.

Roles and Responsibility
Conduct experiments and tests to ensure product quality and safety.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, titrators, and chromatography systems.
Analyze data and results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop recent products and processes.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.




Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities and results.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in Pharma, Biologics, or Medical devices.
Possess strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and instruments such as HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis Spectroscopy.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
