The role includes managing recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, employee onboarding, attendance and payroll inputs, employee documentation, performance management, employee engagement, grievance handling, HR policy implementation, statutory compliance, and exit formalities. The ideal candidate should possess solid English communication, interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive employee relationships, is essential.
