We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Recruiter to join our team on an off-role basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. This role requires robust communication skills, a proactive approach to recruiting, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening:
Utilize various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with hiring managers for candidate evaluations.
Prepare interview guides and assist in conducting interviews as necessary.
Candidate Management:
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
Collaboration:




Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Participate in regular meetings to discuss recruitment progress and pipeline status.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve the overall hiring process.
Employer Branding:
Assist in promoting Schwing Stetter as an employer of choice through various channels.
Contribute to the development of recruitment materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:
bachelors/ Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
