Required Skills
Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Valuable communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Solid follow-up, time-management, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to handle multiple positions and HR activities simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Recruitment roles.
Robust recruitment experience with the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
Basic understanding of payroll and HR administration.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period may be preferred.
