responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.Provide HR guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.Align HR initiatives, and programmes with business goals to drive performance, efficiency, and growth.Advise on leadership development, succession planning, and talent retention strategies.Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, coaching them on people-related issues, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
