Role Description The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR record maintenance. The role involves supporting HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations issues, coordinating performance reviews, and assisting with recruitment activities such as screening and scheduling interviews.

The Human Resources

Executive will also help organize HR initiatives, training sessions,



and engagement activities that align with business needs in the travel and events sector. This is an in office role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess practical experience in HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Candidates should possess effective communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation.
Relevant experience in corporate or service-oriented industries such as travel, hospitality, or events is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Working knowledge of HRIS or HR software and familiarity with local labor regulations is an advantage.
