Key responsibilities • Data management: Gather, input, and maintain accurate data in company systems (like an ERP) related to material movement, inventory levels, and logistics.
Reporting and analysis: Create and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including dashboards, to track supply chain performance (e.g., inventory, logistics, vendor performance).
Data accuracy and integrity: Monitor and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and integrity across all supply chain systems and reports.
Process optimization: Analyse data to identify trends, support supply chain planning, and help implement process improvements.
Collaboration: Work with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and other departments to ensure data is up-to-date and to understand their data needs.
System support: Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues and may provide training on MIS functionalities to staff.

Required skills and qualifications • Analytical skills:



Robust ability to analyses data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Technical proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Excel is often a must, Knowledge of database management is also beneficial.
Attention to detail: A meticulous approach to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues within the data and reporting systems.
Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with different departments and present data to management.
Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field like Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business is typically required.
Experience: Experience in a similar MIS or data analysis role, preferably within a supply chain or logistics context, is often necessary
