Minimum of 8 years of work experience in IT

Should be well versed with Development, Support project life cycle and CRM functionalities

Desired Profile

Overall responsibility for the project execution as per the customer standards/ requirements as per agreed SOW.

Planning and estimating for the project, tracking the plan and execution.

Create/ Review project plans and estimates.

Interviewing and on boarding resources for the project.

Allocating tasks/ requirements documented by BA.

Reporting project status to stakeholders.

Participate in Client meetings and discussions

Should ensure positive onsite offshore co- ordination for optimal service delivery

Weekly/ Monthly status reporting
