Key Responsibilities:
Support NPD projects from concept to product launch.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, Sales and Service teams.
Assist in machine testing, product improvement and technical documentation.
Support competitor benchmarking and customer feedback analysis.
Track NPD timelines, action points and project status.
Assist in cost reduction, standardization and product quality improvement.
Support preparation of product specifications, BOMs, reports and presentations.
Qualification: Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a relevant M.Sc. qualification.
Experience: Fresher / 0–2 years.
Key Skills: Technical aptitude, problem-solving, MS Excel, communication, coordination and willingness to learn.
