Coordinating with sales team to collect the overdue payments.
Coordinating with customers directly for collecting the money and should visit the customer location if required
Contacting clients for payment, either by phone or by email. Confirms for payment receipt.
Maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing of collection feedback on daily ,weekly monthly basis
