Conducts kickoff meeting Conducts a kickoff meeting with all key stakeholders in order to announce the start of the project and review the overall project plan and gain consensus.

Ensure that projects are formally closed and that end of project and lessons learned reviews are completed in order to ensure that lessons learned are captured and passed to the relevant forum for action.

Pro actively identifies risks and issues on projects Leads team to develop risk management and issues management plans to select and implement the most appropriate solution.

Utilize the Project Delivery Process to develop schedule to ensure timely completion of project.

Oversees that project closure is performed properly and timely for all projects in the portfolio.
