Job Summary:

A manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced IS Maintenance Manager responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and smooth operation of IS forming machines and associated equipment. The role will focus on maintenance planning, technical troubleshooting, machine changeover support, and continuous improvement to maintain secure production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high availability and performance of IS forming machines and related equipment.
Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
Support production teams during machine setups,



job changeovers, and process stabilization.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve recurring technical issues.
Manage spare parts inventory and maintain proper maintenance documentation and equipment records.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and audit requirements.
Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring proper manpower planning and skill development.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

Experience:
10 15+ years of experience in a heavy manufacturing or process industry environment.
Robust hands-on experience with IS forming machines and related equipment.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role.
